Job description : 

- Translate data and trends into stories that helps to drive our talent management team to diversity strategies.

- Build, standardise, and automate reports and visualisations to help leaders uncover and address issues.

- Develop reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.

- Assist in developing analytics strategy

- Audit data integrity, diagnose issues and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality.

- Analyse the current practices of an organization
