Founded by two brothers in 2007, our client has built the world's most usable and universal patented 2-factor authentication solution. They provide the customers with payment services, along with merchant transactions, bill payment, and cash collection services. Our client is headquartered in Gurgaon and currently has more than 12 million customers and 5,000 agents for merchant transactions.
They now run one of the largest and the most efficient domestic money transfer services in the country in partnership with banks and also has a Prepaid Payment Instrument license from RBI. In order to bring in payment services to millions of Indians, the company has partnered with State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank and IndusInd Bank. Currently, they serve in 80 towns and cities spread over 13 states in India.
As an HR Analyst, you will be functioning as a strategic thought partner and collaborate with company leadership to build all aspects of people operations and programs.
What you will do:
- Designing, developing and improving People Operations strategies, processes, and initiatives
- Providing Manpower planning, talent acquisition and campus interaction for internships and other engagements
- Driving recruitment agenda with complete focus on metrics to track and TAT
- Resolution handing for all processes within the purview of People Operations
- Ensuring all reports like attrition rate, organizational metrics are updated and shared timely
- Resolving day to day issues in conformance to the People Operations policies and identify a major source of issues with an objective of streamlining processes.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- HR specialization is a must.
- A management graduate from good B school or similar degree with 2-3 years of work experience
- Strong experience of documentation and working with excel sheets and numbers
- Should have worked on HR tools or is tech savvy
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to connect the dots to identify gaps in processes with an action of the quick turnaround. We mean Agile.
- Basic understanding of fintech space in India
- Proactive, disciplined, executionist who can drive results
