1. 3+ Years of experience

2. Should have knowledge in HR Processes and good understanding on HR Dashboarding/forecasting/attrition analysis/reporting/employee centric data management.

3. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management at leadership level.

4. MBA must.

5. Individual will be responsible for designing and developing reports, presenting data and asking relevant questions to get better insights within HR or larger Organization
