Experience: 6-8 Yrs.
Location: Bhubaneswar.
Qualification: MBA / PGDM.
Job Profile:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company goals.
- Ensure policy compliance across all levels of the organization.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and tax deductions.
- Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Address and resolve complex employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
- Ensure employee relations and handle disciplinary actions professionally.
- Ensure all HR-related vendors comply with legal and contractual requirements.
- Manage exit formalities.
- Support HR initiatives for talent retention and development.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have experience in Statutory Compliances, Employee Relations and Payroll Management.
- Candidate must be able to handle workplace grievances and organizational changes.
- Candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Candidate should be able to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Candidate should have very good communication and good interpersonal skill.
