Role holder will be responsible to support deliverables through following responsibilities:
HR Advisor:
- Responsible for carrying out in-depth market research and benchmarking and generate actionable insights
- Develop and manage HR Analytics and MIS framework - Automated to the extent possible
- Responsible for presenting best practices research primarily by own research and using publicly available data from reputed papers for e.g.
- Career & succession planning models
- Long term retention plans
- Market trends
- BFSI trends
- Key people movements in BFS industry
- Org structure intelligence of various basket companies
- Prevalent grades in identified basket companies
- Macro trends internationally affecting industry
- Macro trends domestically affecting industry
- HR trends in the area of EVP / Great place to work
- Macro trends affecting talent management
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to re-write and cross question to redefine the practices
- Proven pro-active hands-on approach. Attention for detail
- Strong analytical skills with ability to strategically solve problem
- Prior work experience in consulting or BFSI sector is preferred
- Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning and organizational skills.
- Great communicator, listener and collaborator
Education and Experience:
- 2-4 years of HR experience including talent management and people operations
- PG degree in human resources or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
