About the job:
Overview:
- The ideal candidate must be having some internship experience in HR domain.
- He/she must be having certain technical skills related to this domain of human resource.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance management.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.
- Provide administrative support by managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and supervising administrative staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Conduct employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Resolve employee conflicts and grievances through effective communication and mediation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for employee insurance, benefits, and other HR-related services.
- Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare HR reports as required.
- Participate in organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR and Admin Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and performance management.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively interacting with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools for HR and administrative functions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Proven track record of handling administrative tasks and managing office operations.
- Capability to work autonomously while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
- Certification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proactive approach towards identifying areas for improvement and driving positive change in HR and administrative processes.
