Job Title: HR ABAP Consultant.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR ABAP Consultant to design, develop, and implement custom SAP ABAP solutions within the HR module.

In this role, you will collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.

You will be responsible for developing tailored SAP solutions that meet the needs of the HR department while ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Design, develop, test, and implement custom SAP ABAP applications, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms for the HR module.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of HR solutions within the SAP environment.

- Perform system testing, debugging, and provide technical documentation and ongoing support to users.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

- Manage all design aspects of SAP HR module configuration and reporting, translating business requirements into functional designs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Configure business objects, methods, containers, triggering events, and strategies for role resolution within the HR module.

- Maintain HR organizational structure and info types, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in SAP ABAP programming, with a strong focus on the HR module configuration.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HR module and related technologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

- Proven ability to manage work streams within large projects, taking direct responsibility for timely and successful deliverables.

- Experience with SuccessFactors implementation projects is an added advantage.

Desired Skills:

- Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central or other HR-related SuccessFactors modules.

- Understanding of payroll legislation and financial interfaces, with a focus on integration between HR and payroll systems.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
