HP Tool Architect

1. HP Operations Manager / Performance Insight/Network Node Manager/BSM /Operations Manager implementations

2. Understand customer requirements, analyze those & convert them to appropriate implementation in HP OM/BSM/PI/ Sitescope / UCMDB setup.

3. Prepare architecture for proposed solution.

4. Planning of solution deployment and all phases.

5. Maintenance plan for HP Operations Manager/HP Business Service Management/ Performance Insight/Network Node Manager software and infrastructure

6. Use integration APIs/interfaces of HP tools for custom/out-of the box integrations.

7. Address custom requirements.

8. Trouble shooting problems faced during implementations & coordinating with HP Technical support for any issues faced

9. Documentation of the implementation / customization done in the projects

10. Documentation of SOPs, best practices.

11. Guide the team for deployment activities.

12. Scripting for custom requirements and maintenance jobs.

13. Develop automation wherever possible

14. Good exposure to all modules of HP Operations/Networks/BSM /Performance Center.

15. Should have good knowledge about the complete HP BTO suite, understanding the applicability and integration aspects of various HP products.

16. Should have led a team involved in the implementation of HP Operations/Networks/BSM Suite based monitoring solutions

17. Should have very good understanding of the IT infrastructure area - hardware,OS, networks,etc

18. Should have good understanding of infrastructure management processes; good understanding of process framework like ITIL is needed.

19. Good communication (written & oral), presentation skills, quick learner, self-initiated, team player, willing to travel, open to work in shifts.
