B2B eCommerce Web Analytics Specialist
Job Description :
- We are currently looking for a web analyst who can build dashboards on Omniture Site Catalyst (Adobe), launch & track campaigns on B2B portal, Conduct A/B testing to enhance site experience and drive ad-hoc analysis using web metrics to improve conversion.
- Standardization of web metrics for measuring the performance of the B2B portal both in terms of revenue conversions as well as enhancing the site experience.
- Identify opportunities across B2B customer segments, define targeting strategy, formulate campaign objectives and launch the campaign using Adobe tool to target the specific customer segments through banners/images that would connect well with the customers.
- Post campaign analysis to measure the ROI of the campaign and defining next steps of improving the campaign for better targeting.
- Scoping and defining page tag requirements based on the B2B analytics roadmap and user acceptance testing of the functionality using standard procedures.
- Program managing the web analytics requirements with the IT team, so that the required functionalities are implemented on the store.
- Create workable plans and gain alignment with IT and other business groups for common processes and platforms that can support multiple business units and multiple customer segments
- Create and deliver effective, persuasive verbal and written presentations for business leaders.
Experience & Education :
- Proven capability in web analytics concepts, reporting & web analytics implementation.
- Good exposure to tag management tools Ensighten, Adobe tools like Reporting & Analysis, Test & target and Adobe campaign manager.
- Exposure to any thirty party recommendation engine tools is a plus.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel & MS Access skills.
- Strong project management and consulting skills. Self-starter with an ability to work in an unstructured environment
- Proven ability to lead a peer group and other analysts to solve complex analytics challenges
- Good communication skills with ability to convince key decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment and flexibility to operate across time zones
Experience Required :
- 4-8 yrs. of experience in the field of web analytics, with at least 4 years in eCommerce industry.
- BE/Masters in computer science. MBA would be a plus.
