Job Description

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Develop pipeline of large single- or multi-service line opportunities with strategic clients assigned to the individual working with assigned account and sales support teams.

- Qualify identified deals from early stage to late stage, developing executive level relationships within the client organization.

- Develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels in the client organization either directly or through an extended pursuit team that includes the Solutioning and Delivery teams, and HP senior executives.

- Excel in collaboration with nominated pursuit team from existing Sales Support resources and Delivery team members.

- Lead the development of client value propositions and solutions (ITO, BPO, Applications or across two or more service lines) at multiple stages of the pursuit process with qualified solutioning experts.

- Manage the pursuits through governance processes led by APJ regional Delivery, Finance, Legal and Business leaders at all major stages of the pursuit process.

- Lead pursuit team in confidently presenting the deal solution, financial and commercial value proposition.

- Lead negotiation team to negotiate positive win-win contracting relationship between HP and client.

- Lead seamless handover process between pursuit team and Delivery team after contract closure.

Likely Background

Presently operating in a role of Outsourcing deal manager/consultant with a leading Technology Services company with sound knowledge of IT services and consulting. It is critical the successful candidate has deep Industry experience in Financial Services vertical.

Education and Experience

- 12+ years’ experience closing large-scale, programmatic, multi-year services contracts with a Tier 1 multinational IT service provider.

- Significant knowledge of large, programmatic services based deals, developed through years of working with a multi-national IT services provider.

- Ability to simultaneously work two to four deals with independent sale support teams to closure.

- Strong financial acumen and services knowledge with the ability to construct complex, commercial contracts that include multiple types of pricing models.

- Executive level presence and ability to develop long-term relationships with senior level clients

- Ability to complete the "internal sale" of large, complex services transactions within the APJ HP Enterprise Services Regional Leadership Team and the HP Enterprise.

- Able to develop and leverage an HP worldwide network of Sales and Sales Support colleagues, as well as the broader HP technology and executive community.

- Strong process orientation and discipline.

- Strong team-player with collaboration skills in international, culturally diverse and virtual teams.

- Executive level negotiation and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English.
