Program Manager- Hewlett Packard- Global Analytics- Supply Chain
The selected candidate would be joining the Supply Chain Analytics team with HP Global Analytics. S/he would work with HP’s Printing business on analytical solution development Selected resources are expected to conceptualize the analytical methodology for business problems, provide strategic and operational data-based insights to business management group on a regular basis and drive Thought leadership towards delivering quantified business impact. The selected candidates are expected to manage communication rhythm with key stakeholders on regular basis. It also involves development of innovative business solutions and ongoing process improvements.
In addition, the analyst would be responsible for
- Meet the Quarterly Inventory Exit, forecast accuracy & service level targets as set by the management
- Assessing the supply situation for the given country demand
- Providing process management and governance and driving process optimization and stabilization
- Lead the solution design/framework based on client requirements.
- Provides oversight, mentoring and leadership to other team members
- Must be able to bring in Best practices from the Industry
Skills Requirements:-
- Engineering in any stream from tier-1 institute and MBA in SCM/Operations
- APISC CPIM / CSCP certified (Desirable)
- Statistical / Modeling skills in SAS/ R/ SPSS etc
- Operations Planning experience
- Thorough understanding of supply chain management concepts and the product life cycle
- Ability to handle ambiguity & lead projects independently
- Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel) & Business Objects (BO), and working understanding of RDBMS & SQL language.
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
