Team Overview

- HP Global Analytics tower reports to the HP Office of Strategy and is one of the key knowledgement management and analytical center of the company.

- The Marketing Services team within the Global Analytics tower is responsible for strategy and execution of key marketing priorities of HP Business Units worldwide and in the regions. The Team works in a share services platform and is closely engaged with the Technology Services business for the strategy and implementation of its portfolio marketing initiatives

Key Accountabilities:

- The incumbent for this role will be responsible for thought leadership and implementation of key sales enablement marketing initiatives for TS Networking, Datacenter Care & MS Consulting Support.He or she will be working very closely with the TS WW Portfolio Marketing Managers to proactively find solutions for the priorities outlined by the business

Core Tasks

- Work closely with the portfolio leadership team to plan and implement key marketing initiatives for the business

- Assist in the development of core marketing content , portfolio messaging and positioning strategy

- Create customer facing collateral and messaging, support content inclusions and campaign execution

- Assess effectiveness of sales tools used by customer facing teams. Define strategy for use of the communications inventory, ensuring ongoing communications to HP sales

- Lead implementation of branding standards for HP Portals and digital assets

- Develop marketing communication assets to be utilized for delivery of TS Portfolio training

Experience:

Mandatory

- Atleast 4 plus years in Marketing Communication/ Marketing campaign/ brand management

- B2B technology marketing (mandatory) for atleast 3 years

- Good understanding of marketing investments/ ROMI framework

- Good Communication skills, Customer orientation and ability to interact and get the best out of virtual / extended teams

Desirable

- Experience in Technology services marketing,

- Have worked in Enterprise Networking, Consulting , support services organisation

Skills/Qualifications:

Mandatory

- MBA in marketing (regular).

- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders across different business functions

- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
