HP - DWBI Developer

Job Description

The selected candidate would be part of Global Analytics Enterprise Marketing BI team and work with Sales & Marketing BI group of HP. We are looking for:

- SQL/SSSRS developer at expert level who has experience in designing, developing and deploying reports and administration of SQL Server/Report Server in desktop and web client.

- Experience in security and administration features and capabilities

- Knowledge on data modeling

- Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources into the SQL Server through SSIS packages.

- Experience in writing Script tasks within SSIS package using C#/VB scripts for advanced processing of data.

- Experience in designing and developing Excel dashboards

Skills requirement

- Strong competency in SQL, SSIS and SSRS

- Worked on Excel VBA.

- QlikView experience will be added advantage

- Good in writing Queries, Stored Procedures, etc. in SQL Server

- Good business application skills (e.g. MS Excel)

- Exposure to SharePoint development and maintenance is a plus.

- Knowledge of developing dashboards using Qlikview is preferable.

- Exposure to Reporting/Statistical Analysis Domain

- Superior verbal and written communication skills (English)

- Comfortable with working in global, virtual environment

- Good team player

Experience & Background

- 4-8 Years work experience in MSBI.

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Applications (MCA)
