Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and investment opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.
Business Development & Proposal Development:
- Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our services to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and building long-term partnerships.
- Participate in business development meetings and presentations, effectively communicating our capabilities and exceeding client expectations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Market Data & Analysis:
- Stay abreast of current market trends and analyze industry data to inform business development strategies.
- Identify and report on emerging opportunities within the real estate market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
