Job Title: Sales Head / Project Head Real Estate.

Location: Bangalore.

Experience: 10+ years (Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role).

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Deep knowledge of real estate market trends, sales cycles, and customer preferences.
