- We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in residential real estate to drive the marketing strategy for our portfolio of residential projects.

- The ideal candidate will focus on increasing lead generation, enhancing online presence, and promoting our residential properties through targeted digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing plans specifically aimed at promoting residential properties and increasing online visibility.

- Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and social media focusing on homebuyers.

- A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets to determine the most effective creative and messaging strategies.

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with residential market trends.

- SEO/SEM: Enhance organic visibility and paid search performance of residential property listings to drive traffic and conversion.

- Technical Expertise: Use advanced digital marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager, heat mapping software, marketing automation platforms, and CRM tools to track user behavior, manage conversions, and streamline the customer journey.

- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, adjusting strategies to optimize for conversions and ROI.

- Customer Engagement: Use CRM and marketing automation to nurture leads through the buyer's journey, from awareness to property purchase

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on residential real estate projects.

- Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and adjust tactics for improved results.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work collaboratively across teams.
