Key Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment management processes.

- Source potential candidates through various online channels.

- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in person interviews.

- Develop job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.

- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for each department.

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

- Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates.

- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.

- Manage the entire onboarding process for new employees, including HRMS portal setup.

- Implement innovative strategies for talent management and employer branding.

- Oversee the overall employee lifecycle for selected employees.

- Provide a phenomenal work environment with significant growth and cross-functional opportunities.

- Offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.

Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience, preferably in a startup environment.

- Expertise in both high-volume and niche hiring.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- MBA in HR or an equivalent degree, with a graduation from the University of Delhi.

- Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
