What the Job Involves :

- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate. transactions.

- Conduct legal research and due diligence on property titles, compliances, zoning regulations, and land use issues.

- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities.

- Support the negotiation and settlement of disputes related to real estate transactions.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within the real estate industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, construction, and sales, to provide legal guidance and solutions.

- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.

- Assist in maintaining legal records and documentation.

- Manage IPR portfolio of the organization.

- Drafting and/or vetting of legal notices and/ or reply of legal notices received by the organization.

- Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across the company's pan-India operations.

What we are looking for:

- Proven work experience of 4-5 years, preferably in a startup.

- Experience in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.

- Capacity to work in fast paced, startup environment.

- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or an equivalent degree.

- Master's degree in law (LLM) is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
