Housr - Manager - Finance

Job Profile:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance manager with a focus on accounts receivable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing Accounts receivables. This role requires a strategic thinker who can contribute to the financial health of the organization through effective management of accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, recording, Reconciliations, collection & monthly closing.

- Monitor and reporting of Accounts receivables on Periodic basis.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.

- Continuously assess and enhance accounts receivable processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial performance.

- Accounts Receivable management, including cash collection, finding the discrepancies and providing timely resolution of the same.

- Responsible for maintaining data of Sales, Receivables, Security deposits and processing of refunds to the concerned parties.

- Preparation and Reconciliations with Income tax, GST and other applicable Acts on the group Companies.

- Maintaining Reconciliations with Inter-companies and other parties involved Into the business.

- Providing accurate and efficient MIS reports as per expectation of the management and other team members.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to help management in decision making.

Qualifications:

- If a CA than minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on accounts receivable.

- For Non-CA 5 Years progressive experience in finance, with a focus on accounts receivable.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting regulations, and industry best practices.

- Working knowledge of Income tax, GST, Companies Act and other applicable Acts.
