What does this role hold for you.??

Business Reviews:

- Build executive presentations for monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews, investor presentations, sales meets, etc.

- Assess key risk and opportunities for the business on regular basis

- Create and maintain master database for business and financial KPIs and standard definitions aligned with all process owners

- Own the quarterly OKR (Objective and Key Results) process for the entire business and lead the weekly OKR meetings for updates

Competitive and Market intelligence:

- Conduct market research on a regular basis to identify the latest happenings related to real estate, venture capital, start-ups, fintech, proptech, mortgage etc. and provide insights to the leadership

- Assess the competitive landscape (P&L, new products, city expansion, pricing, etc.) on a regular basis and provide visibility to the leadership to take key business decisions

- Identify any inorganic/organic growth opportunities for the business and prepare business proposals for the leadership

Strategic Projects:

- Work with Leadership team & functional stakeholders in India & Australia on special projects (related to process improvements, MnA, cost restructuring, etc.) from project planning till final implementation.

Apply if you have :

- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 B-school along with 2 to 4 years of experience in Management Consulting/ Corporate Strategy/Founder's office roles

- Ability to work in extremely fast paced environment and navigate through ambiguities

- Excellent understanding of the economy, real estate, and start-up space

- Strong analytical skills with expert knowledge of MS Office

- Experience with web analytics and BI tools

- Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail

- Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders

- Strong communication and influencing skills
