Overview :
As a Strategic Business Manager you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them. Account Managers are also responsible for building relationships with new clients and mining existing clients for productivity
Key Responsibilities :
- Single Point of contact from Housing with the client.
- Acquisition, Revenue Maximization, Maximize Realization, Retention and Revenue collection in KAs.
- Inform prospective and existing customers frequently of product features, schemes, benefits and quality ensuring brand recall that is enough to prioritize our products
- Responsible for managing several accounts and being the face of the company to many clients
- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts and giving sales presentations to high-level executives
- Understand customer requirement and technical conditions in detail and appraise & educate on giving the right solution customized for the requirement
- Build Customer loyalty through coordination with back end support functions viz., Service Delivery, Operations, Commercial Team & other support functions
- Collect market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information and analyse them with the help of Leads to pre-empt its impact
- Tracking of receivables and resolving of exceptions by working directly with customers in collections process as collect payments, forms and enhance relationship with the client
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience :
- Should be a graduate, preferably a post graduate with 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate sales (hunting & farming)
- Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills
- Prior experience in Key Account Management will be an added advantage
Skills :
- Able to handle the changing needs of the marketplace and the customers
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Highly self-motivated and Knowledge of Solution designing and Project management
- Customer centricity and Networking skills
Desirable Competencies :
- The candidate should be familiar with Sales & Account Management Ability to identify opportunities for Housing and drive CXO level engagement for selling of Housing products at International platforms
