- Identify people as well as business challenges that are possible obstacles to organizational outcomes and propose / create interventions that can bring in desired synergies in the field of DEI and Employer Branding
- Create frameworks for building & enhancing employer brand that can help us become an employer of choice
- Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity, equity and inclusion goals
- Supporting and guiding teams to help create an employer brand that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias
- Identifying external trends and recognizing best practice which will increase diversity among the workforces
- Reviewing the organizations workplace, policies and procedures, ensuring that these are all inclusive
- Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing organization processes that help people productivity
- Not be limited to the horizons of a job description and work towards building a great workplace
