What does this role hold for you...??
- Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity, equity and inclusion goals
- Supporting and guiding the Talent Acquisition team to help create an employer brand that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias
- Identifying external trends and recognising best practice which will increase diversity among the workforces
- Reviewing the organisations workplace, policies and procedures, ensuring that these are all inclusive
- Identify people as well as business challenges that are possible obstacles to organizational outcomes and propose / create interventions that can bring in desired synergies in the field of DEI and Employer Branding
- Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing organization processes that help people productivity
- Create frameworks for building & enhancing employer brand that can help us become an employer of choice
- Not be limited to the horizons of a job description and work towards building a great workplace
Apply if you have...- Conceptual clarity of HR concepts equipped with an MBA in Human Resources with 2 to 6 years of experience
- An ability to find solutions quickly and have the capability to drive things to closure
- An ability to express unique ideas and concepts in the most creative yet simple manner
- Strong command on language, written as well as spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills and are an extrovert
- An ability to work for stretched hours and are high on energy
- Worked in a fast-paced culture
