Creative Lead
Creative Director to join our marketing team! Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate scale-able and business relevant ideas
The Role:
- Establish and manage the visual direction, visual systems, brand identity, production quality and style guide for brand Housing.com. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Develop key marketing positioning and creative management across other business/stake holders within the organization
- Provide creative direction to our marketing team while retaining original core brand values and brand tonality.
- Build a learning environment within the marketing team by experimenting new creative formats and implement processes of artistic research.
- Ensure quality through creative asset review, directing and oversight of the marketing process
- Analyze real-time feedback, analytics in a constructive manner with logical and reasoned suggestions/solutions to improve on designs
- Working closely with technology team to ensure continuous improvement in SEO, SEM, SMO, Web designing and development.
- Work with social media team to deliver attention catching and virality driven contents across video, print, digital formats.
- Work closely with designers, and other internal team members to oversee the performance of the creative as a whole.
- Understanding and experience of design, copy, layouts, SEO, SMO, UI & UX principles.
Requirement :
8+ years of experience in a marketing/brand team with 3+ years in e-commerce will be an added advantage
