Overview :
As a campaign manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in order to develop and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies and activities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key programs leveraging product platform (website, app) and off platform activities (using digital marketing channels) to achieve key outcomes
2. Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets
3. Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: Product, Digital marketing, CRM, PR etc.
4. Brief external agencies including Creative, Digital and Media planning agencies to deliver campaign activity against brief
5. Deliver weekly/monthly optimization and monthly reporting of results against metrics including use of web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, email data reports, KPI report evaluations, call volume, quality of demand, and demand generated additionally.
6. Ideating and executing process interventions to improve client servicing, cross-functional interaction and team efficiencies
7. Develop CRM strategies for each campaign and coordinate CRM activity including Buyer lifecycle communication emails, call centre activity, list purchasing, effectively manage generated leads from all area of the campaign activity in conjunction with the business stakeholders and overall CRM strategy
8. Work with key stakeholders (Clients, Marketing/Product teams, Sales) to identify marketing/product solutions aiding new revenue streams
9. Assist sales teams in preparing and delivering marketing-centric pitches
10. Adhere to all policies and procedures with regards to budget expenditure, displaying budget control for individual products and courses reporting any variances promptly
11. Actively partake in the running of the department providing ideas and best practice synonymous with a high performance team
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
1. B Tech (tier 1 college) with 2 - 4 years of work experience
2. MBA (tier 1 college) & Experience in Digital marketing will be an advantage
Skills :
1. Should have knowledge of media spends, ROI calculation for ATL & Digital media
2. Managing multi integrated campaigns simultaneously
3. Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience
4. Meeting objectives and campaign deadlines
5. Excellent Interpersonal and team management skills
6. Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
7. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
Desirable Competencies :
The candidate should be flexible, collaborative and proactive, customer-focused, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers and build effective relationships.
