We are looking to add an Associate to the Business Engagement and Strategy Team, someone with significant analytics and project management experience. We are looking for someone who is excited about sales strategy and operations, and drives new ideas to conceive and execute new products and processes.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the CXOs for various strategic and execution related initiatives. The position requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and should be able to create compelling presentations for use by internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy - Product conecptualization, packaging, presentation and pricing
- Product analytics - Analyze product performance based on product, marketing and operational metrics, sales and client feedback
- Consumer & market research - Develop deep understanding of market within & outside India to conceive innovative new business products and sales processes
- Project management - Leading cross-functional projects which directly impact business products and sales processes
- Sales Performance analytics - Sales performance reviews and reports, Salesforce.com champion-, incentives, resource allocation
- Sales Training, Testing, Communication and Morale-building
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2yrs+ experience in management consulting / analytics / MBA preferred
- Strong project / time management and team work capabilities
- Critical thinking and process orientation mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills& able to communicate difficult concepts in simple terms
- Highly motivated with a hands-on approach to deliverables
