Associate Director - Growth - IIM/ISB/IIT
This is a high visibility role where you work cross functionally with the product, marketing, ops and sales teams to move some of the most important KPIs for the Housing.com platform. You shall be responsible for the customer retention on the platform along with building and executing the strategy for supply or the listing onboarding for the platform. There will be a team of business / data analysts along with account managers reporting in to you.

1. MBA from IIM A/B/C/L or ISB
2. 2+ years of managing platform business and an overall experience of 6+ years
3. Proven track record of achievement in business, product, marketing roles.
Responsibilities :
- The candidate shall work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and operations team to move some of the key platform-related parameters like customer renewals and supply.
- A key task would be to interact with the sales team, account mangers and the end customer to gather insights, problem areas, improvement points and then work with the data / business analysts within the team to give the problem a form which is easy to validate and work further for solutioning.
- Candidate will have to strategize supply onboarding plans, execute those and in doing so has to work with marketing, sales and ops teams. Platform algorithms like decay and those related to listing quality are also to be owned by the candidate along with the product team.
- Competition benchmarking is an activity performed on a frequent basis. The candidate will have to plan this activity, execute it and then draw executable points from the results.
- Candidate will play a vital role in road map development for product and marketing teams. Planning for the traffic requirements has to be done jointly with the marketing team.
- Candidate will work very closely with the product team to develop new features to improve customer engagement with the platform.
