Scout and shortlist new franchisee.  2. Monitor franchisee sales and ops.  3. Monitor BTL execution.  4. Provide inputs of the local market.  Job Specifications  1. Education - B.Tech/MBA from Tier 2 institute  2. Experience - 1-3 years  3. Industry experience - FMCG/FMDG/Telecom/Insurance/Banking   4. Age Bracket - Upto 28 years old  5. Decent academic record with good extracurricular achievements  6. Skill sets - Good communication skills, good negotiation skills, franchisee management  7. Other requirements -Preferably born and brought up/work experience in a Tier 3 town.  CTC- 6-9 Lakhs PA
