National Admin Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for all administrative aspects of the organization
- Facilities management
- Infrastructure maintenance
- Asset Management
- Inventory Control
- Budget Management
- Travel, Lodging and Boarding
- Budget Forecasting and Maintenance
- Facilitating Employee onboarding formalities
- HR Record maintenance
- Setup admin processes, control and reporting
- Establish vendor network across locations for IT, F&B, Stationary and house keeping
- Dynamic and robust infrastructure planning to sustain high growth
Qualifications & Personal Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with a work experience of 4-5 years
- Should have prior experience of managing staff, negotiating agreements, financial management, financial management and establishing vendor relationship
- Exemplary personal integrity with strong work ethics
- Tolerance and the ability to handle stressful and ambiguous situations
- Should be enthusiastic about working in a growing organization
- Personnel from Defense Background preferred
Gross Salary Range: 8-10L per annum
