The House of Rare is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our LFS team in Kolkata. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned area, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The successful candidate will be expected to build relationships with customers, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth.
Few Key Deliverables will be:
- To ensure sales target achievement of all the counters
- To ensure 100% adherence to the SOPs
- To ensure optium level of recruitment is done to reduce loss of sales due to lack of manpower. TAT for existing counter is 1 week, New doors 1 month.
To maintain the attrition % and to take strategic steps for reducing the same.
- To plan merchandise, control excess discount, train and motivate team to achieve better sales.
- To be responsible for Loss prevention awareness, training, plan and conduct stock audit at regular interval.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends
- Ability to travel to different locations
