Job Description for the position of Brand Manager.
Location - Powai
- The candidate will be a part of the marketing strategy team, working with Digital, Media and PR teams to find 360 degree marketing solutions for the ongoing projects and work on strategies for new launch projects.
- The candidate will not only get exposure to project led initiatives but also get an opportunity to strategize and execute brand, consumer research, building processes for sales and improvement in site experience and sales strategy.
The details of the work profile are as follows :
Marketing & Brand Planning for Ongoing Projects :
- Prepare annual marketing plans for projects in sync with the marketing head and in line with the sale expectations of the company
- Work with creative, digital, media and activation agencies to encapsulate sales insights into effective & innovative marketing solutions
- Work on strategic tie-ups across digital, tech, design and media to create business / PR value for the project.
- Ideating plans to create a force-multiplier effect and accordingly channelize it to get maximum value
New Launch Strategy and Execution :
- Assisting on new launch & phase planning with market analysis, research, design validation, competition benchmarking, USP finalization, project positioning, value proposition testing, and collaterals development
Sales Strategy Development :
- Understanding inventory status and business objectives to draft sustenance marketing plans for existing projects and strategy development for sales
- Help improve conversion percentage for Lead to walk-in and walk-ins to conversion by monitoring pre-sales and sales activities - Direct impact on improving (Cost per lead) and (Cost per sale)
Processes :
- Working on softer elements like pre-sales and sales scripts and standardizing customer communication across different touch-points
- Working on various sales and marketing SOPs to help streamline the process and provide standardized customer experience
Brand & Consumer Research :
- Conduct brand and consumer research to understand brand equity and consumer research to profile customers for targeted marketing.
