Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the Fresh FMCG sector and possess strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Tableau and other data analysis tools is essential. This role involves analyzing supply chain data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain performance, inventory levels, and sales trends.

- Utilize Tableau and other data visualization tools to create dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide insights into key performance metrics.

- Support the supply chain team in identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

- Assist in demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement planning.

- Monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of fresh FMCG products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on supply chain performance and trends.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and supply chain management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Fresh FMCG sector.

- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data insights effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
