Job Description : Senior Inside Channel Manager - GCC and Africa.

Location : Gurugram, India.

Experience : 5+ years in channel management or related roles.

- With a focus on innovation and global expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Inside Channel Manager to drive channel partnerships and growth in the GCC and Africa regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Management:.

- Act as the first-line communicator with proposed and existing channel partners in the GCC and Africa regions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Support partners in understanding and promoting HostBooks' products and solutions.

Collaboration with Leadership and Consultants:.

- Work closely with senior management, external consultants, and industry veterans to develop and execute channel strategies.

- Align with leadership on key initiatives to expand and strengthen channel networks.

Administrative Oversight:.

- Manage the administrative aspects of the channel business, including contracts, partner documentation, and compliance.

- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, sales, and performance metrics.

Strategic Sales Enablement:.

- Develop and implement strategies to push sales through channel partners effectively.

- Create and deliver partner enablement programs, including training, resources, and marketing support.

- Monitor sales pipelines and assist partners in achieving their targets.

Market Development:.

- Identify and onboard new channel partners in the GCC and Africa regions.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Travel and Representation:.

- Be available for on-demand travel to the GCC and Africa regions for partner meetings, events, and on-ground support.

- Represent HostBooks at industry events, trade shows, and partner engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, or sales roles, preferably in the GCC and Africa markets.

Required Skills:.

- Strong understanding of the channel business model and partner ecosystems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth through channel strategies.

- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technologies.

- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.

Preferred Skills.

- Experience in SaaS, business management software, or IT solutions is a plus.

- Familiarity with cultural and business practices in the GCC and Africa regions.

- Knowledge of Arabic or French is an added advantage.
