Location: Chennai/Bangalore.

Position: Regional Manager - Enterprise Sales.

Experience: 10 to 15 years (s).

Education Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.

Salary : Best in the Industry.

- Compensation will have a fixed amount plus a lucrative variable incentive.

Responsibilities:

- Own all plans for developing the business and achieving the company's sales goals.

- Expertise in packaged ERP software solutions selling at the enterprise level.

- Work closely with Channel Partners & onboard them.

- Build a sound-down team with clearly laid performance KPIs.

- Assists in the development of the sales plan.

- Land and expand: Build process and create a funnel for business, enable relationships with onboarding, activation, and expansion.

- Evangelize our products & solution offerings and personally help close deals.

- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.

- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Over 10-12 years of core enterprise sales experience (ERP preferably) including management of teams and a track record of exceeding quota.

- Possess knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.

- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Strong communication and team-building skills.

- Willing to work for a startup and ability to adopt & understand start-up challenges.

Required Qualification:

Graduation Any Graduate in Other Not Required Per/CGPA.
