About the Role:

- We are searching for a passionate and experienced Marketing Content Manager to join our growing team in Gurugram.

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content marketing strategy across all channels.

- You will be a skilled writer and content creator with a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy across all channels (website, blog, social media, email).

- Create high-quality, engaging content that educates, informs, and inspires our target audience.

- Manage and oversee the content calendar.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.

- Track and analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.

- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency.

- Manage and develop freelance writers and content creators (if applicable).

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field.

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.

- Strong writing and editing skills.

- Excellent understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS).

- Experience with social media marketing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Project management skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Bonus Points.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).

- Experience with video editing or graphic design.

- Experience working in the B2B technology industry.
