About the Role:
- HostBooks Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager - ERP Sales to drive growth and expand our market presence.
- As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing strategic accounts, exceeding sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, including needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and implementation, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in selling ERP software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the ERP industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
