One of our Leading client is looking out for Lead - Hospitality and F&B

A degree in Hotel Management and Business Management proficiency is added advantage. Possess training skills

Location : Chennai

15 to 20 years working experience in Facilities Management in IT / Commercial / Hotel Buildings. Handled multiple locations IFM & Property Management operations. A good command of written and spoken English and possess an ability to carry out a Root cause analysis and design the corrective and preventive actions.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills and proven capabilities effectively representing businesses and driving decisions with senior executives.

- A proven ability to influence and collaborate across groups, and at all levels of an organization and across geographies.

- A high degree of cultural awareness and demonstrated experience in working across different cultures.

- Ability to analyze problems and opportunities, conclude direction and make critical decisions.

- Ability to plan at both a strategic and execution level

- Passion and energy for driving and enable the employee experience and ensure continues improvement by developing new and creative solutions.

- Proven ability to manage significant operating and/or capital budgets

- Solution oriented thinking & ability to transform into actions

- Well balanced personality, to be able to manage at micro & macro levels with ease

- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to develop a "trusted leader" status with in-Campus leadership teams

- Ability to make critical decisions and influence and embrace cross functional teams.
