Hornback - Zonal Sales Head - North

The National Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives across the North India market

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, focusing on market penetration, revenue growth, and brand visibility.

- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team of area sales managers to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use this data to make informed decisions and adjust the sales strategy as needed.

- Dealer Management: Oversee the relationship with dealers across the country, ensuring they adhere to Hornback's brand guidelines, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales quotas. Address any challenges faced by dealers, especially in virgin markets or areas with multibrand dealerships.

- Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and set performance goals for the sales team. Monitor progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed targets.

- Financial Management: Manage the regional sales budget, including expenses, discounts, and dealer incentives. Ensure that all financial activities support the company's profitability goals.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO/Managing Director on sales performance, market trends, and areas of improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

- Ability to travel extensively is a must.
