1) Takes ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing approved consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
2) Offer consultative selling and service to clients
3) Prioritizes relationships and open dialogue to identify and provide solutions to a customers needs
4) Understand the challenges faced by customers so they can position their solutions in a more compelling and effective way
5) Effective call planning to ensure more productive customer meetings, increased credibility, a shortened sales cycle, and increased sales results.
6) Connect with customers, gain and keep their openness and willingness to engage in a dialogue, and ask a full range of questions
7) Maintain current knowledge of product features, benefits and availability, and, if applicable, delivery, and/or service options, to respond to customer needs
8) Describe capabilities and solutions using clear, concise, and compelling messaging that links value to customer needs
9) Flawless follow-up with the customer to build credibility and differentiate themselves
10) Increase revenue from improving close ratios for new customers and expanding business with existing ones
11) Over 5+ years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales, Partnership and Alliances
12) Relevant experience in HRO Market across India/SEA with demonstrated sales management success in goal achievement and a vision of future sales and marketing
13) SaaS sales / internet product sales
14) Should be well connected and networked in the HR Industry
