- Own and manage HR processes for the site end- to- end

- Business and Strategic Partnering- understand business priorities, annual operating plan and long term strategic plan; develop HR solutions to contribute to the success of the business objectives. Accountable and responsible for HR cost rationalization and measurement of all HR programs and processes

- Staffing- work closely with the Staffing CoE to ensure quality delivery; drive success of shared staffing solutions. Support the managers in right talent selection and follow process and practice

- Compensation & Benefits- Drive Honeywell compensation philosophy in the organization and support processes like annual Compensation revision, benchmarking all offers, promotions and incentive planning; work with Finance on the employee cost impact and optimization; communicate benefits policies to managers and employees

- Employee relations- advise employees on policies and processes, grievance management, develop a positive work environment at the site

- Organization Development- alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management

- Exposure to Learning Content Design & Delivery, capable of independent team interventions for achieving specific results.

- Talent Management- Own and drive end to end performance management process, including goal setting, annual appraisal, management of under- performance; be responsible for key talent retention

- Coaching -Strong ability to provide coaching/ counseling to both employees and managers in areas of managing performance, development of top talent, succession planning, conflict management

- HR Reporting & Analysis -Report, track, manage and analyze census for area of responsibility. Validate integrity of job and comp data

- Communication -Ensure and/or develop and deliver business communications and communicate HR policies

- An accomplished HR full-scope Generalist who has experience in human resources in the areas of staffing, performance management, change management, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations, training and knowledge of Statutory compliance

- Preferably an MBA from a reputed institute, majoring in HR; at least 8 years of experience in the HR domain with appropriate experience in the HR generalist function in good MNC organizations

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of progressive HR practices

- Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth and change

- Demonstrated strategic thinking, understanding of business and execution excellence

- Strong capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different stakeholders

- Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills

- Leadership building/management (at all levels), strong business connectivity and influencing skills working with senior leaders and partnering with Honeywell HR consultants, lead employee consultation and communication effectively

- Result orientation with high productivity; strong desire for success

Work Hours - 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (please note candidates willing to work in 12:30 to 9:30 shifts should apply)
