Description:

- Seeking a product manager who is passionate about building products that not only align with the vision and strategy of our new age company but also take it forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with leadership and key business and engineering stakeholders to set strategy, define the product, and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch

- Manage agile product development process from product management point of view

- Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and products

- Coordinate with engineering team to plan and deliver features on time. Work with QA engineers to create test plans

- Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities

- Act like an owner for the success of your product

Minimum Requirements:

- Relevant experience as a Product Manager for 5 to 7 yrs

- Technical fluency; comfort in understanding and discussing technology concepts, scheduling tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members

- MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field

- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for product development

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills

- Creative thinker with a vision

- Able to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment with tight deadlines

- Experience performing comparative analysis on competing businesses and technical feature requests

- Experience defining customer-facing products and features

- Research; other similar apps and businesses to improve the product
