Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor all the different teams for achieving business goals and objectives.
- Overseeing lead generation teams in pursuing and funneling customer leads; working closely with the active marketing initiatives.
- Identify prospective new developer relationships to convert into business along with developer manager team.
- Critically analysing and approving the pricing team's analysis on bids to purchase resale homes (at a fair market value) to meet all qualitative and subjective assessments.
- Overseeing the terms of agreements with customers & other legal aspects of closing transactions are strictly adhered to and implemented by the team.
- Ensuring a sharp focus by the team in quick sale of the acquired/on boarded homes.
- Ensuring a win-win for customers, developers, channel partners & company.
Minimum Requirements :
- At least 10 years of experience and preferably a masters in Real estate related courses or MBA in Finance.
- Experience in Residential RE Sector / NBFC/ Developers/ Home Finance with experience of leading teams.
- A passion for real estate and knowledge of residential property markets & values across Mumbai (and if possible other cities).
- Experience with documentation process ; purchase, MOU's and sales agreements.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain integrity
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
