- Enterprise Team has been established to provide customized services to our most coveted clients
- This team shall be the one point contact for our top clients and is created with the express purpose of bringing together inputs, insights and solutions combining our Print, Digital, Radio and Experiential assets. We deliver an audience of 150 million people across the Hindi speaking markets and Gujarat & Maharashtra. This team's KRA is to help clients connect with this audience through innovative concepts and help achieve the brand objectives.
- The incumbent will be responsible to contribute to the Company's objectives by building long term client and agency relationships and driving sales. Purpose of the job also includes managing key accounts and adding new accounts to the group.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Will be in a sales role responsible for entire sales cycle
- Identifying and meeting key personnel at clients and agency, understanding their business requirements, discussing initial proposal, sharing pitch presentations, discuss rate, deal closure, client servicing.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies relevant in the new normal to drive and increase revenue to achieve the companys overall growth target responsibility.
- Ability to think through innovative media solutions for client requirements and follow it up closure.
- This role demands to be updated about the happenings in the Media ecosystem and also good knowledge about top sectors like Auto, Electrical and Electronics, OTT, New Age Businesses etc
- Managing relationships with clients, agencies, PR, and all other ecosystem relevant for our business. Building strong relationship with key clients, agencies and stake holders.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelors Degree in any stream with a Post Graduate degree in Marketing from a renowned Institute will be preferred.
- Any other added certifications and add on courses related to sales, negotiation, customer centricity and leadership development will be an added advantage.
- Relevant sales experience is a must. Experience in Media will be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven ability to understand client business data, draw out inferences and build sales pitch presentation in order to address the clients requirement in DB Markets
- Agility and adaptability to the changing business and market needs.
- Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with multiple levels of client and agency
- Articulation skills - ability to communicate clearly
- Business analysis and the ability to proactively manage business and revenue targets
- Swift and proactive approach Turnaround time in getting back to the clients and having a proactive approach is a must
- Accountability \ Ownership will be accountable to the portfolio assigned and will be completely responsible to generate business from various sources.
