Homekraft Infra - Manager - Investments

- Will handle the detailed business plan.

- Raise further equity including dilution, secondary sales and IPO.

- Raise debt and Liquidity

- Evaluating and executing land acquisition and JV deal

- Oversee the accounting processes and communication to the shareholders.

- Sourcing new relationships that are in - line with the growth strategy of the Company

- Deal Structuring, preparing and negotiating term sheets, conducting due diligence, identifying and mitigating credit risks, overseeing preparation of credit notes/ information memorandum and post sanction documentation.

- Closely monitoring the portfolio cash flow management and periodic progress reporting.

- Manage relationships with financial institutions, PE firms and banks for equity and debt fund raising for various projects
