Homekraft Infra - Manager - Corporate Finance

Position: Corporate Finance Manager

Reports To: CIO (Chief Investment Officer)

Position Summary:

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will have to build and update detailed financial models for the companys projects, evaluate and analyze project returns IRR, NPV etc, analyze debt position - cash flow cover, interest cover, accrued interest etc., build company's projected financial statements, develop presentations on investment proposals, and assist in develop company's overall financial strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

- Qualified CA or MBA / PGDM (Finance) Professional with 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or other related fields.

- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling with excellent analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build detailed financial models for each of the company's projects with key assumptions, cash flow projections, P&L, Balance Sheet, debt repayment schedule etc.

- Develop investor presentations for discussion with private equity funds, strategic investors etc.

- Provide quarterly reporting on cash flow changes, debt repayment, interest, and tax liabilities for review by senior management.

- Support senior management in equity and debt addition / reduction planning.

- Providing recommendations for improvement based on past sales, construction costs etc.

- Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.

- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.
