Assistant Vice President - Investments

Position Summary :

- The AVP Investments will be the head of Finance & Equity and will handle the detailed business plan.

- Help with acquisitions, financing, and raising funds.

- Responsible for deal origination, analysis, negotiations, due diligence, and structuring of Real Estate investment transactions.

- Actively involved in new Fund raising, investors communication and interactions

Minimum Requirements :

- Eng/ MBA from a tier 1 Institute with 10+ years of experience with a Bank or Equity firms or Real Estate Developers.

- Experience working on a variety of real estate transactions, familiar with common transaction terms and issues.

- Strong financial Modelling skills.

- Excellent knowledge of real estate industry and relationship with PE players.

- High attention to detail.

- Ability to organize work, engage in variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines

- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word PowerPoint).

- High analytical skills ability to analyze large volume of data

- Ability to Contribute Individually and to plan and execute projects with minimum supervision and to complete work within required deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Will handle the detailed business Plan.

- Handling and Negotiating various M&A projects including financial due diligence and evaluation of financial parameters of the deals to build revenue and profitability Pipeline.

- Manage relationships with financial institutions, PE firms and banks for equity and debt fund raising for various projects.

- Experience of Identifying and sourcing JV partnerships, Soft Targets at right Valuations for Acquisitions in real estate inline with the growth strategy of the Company.

- Deal Structuring, preparing, and negotiating term sheets, conducting due diligence, identifying, and mitigating credit risks, overseeing preparation of credit notes/ information memorandum and post sanction documentation.

- Oversee the accounting processes and communication to the shareholders.

- Closely monitoring the portfolio cash flow management and periodic progress reporting.

- Prepare various reports for the Management and present it to the board from time to time.

- Review Investment documents and Structure.

- Developing strategies along with the compliance and Legal team to manage contracts & litigation to minimise exposure of the company to claims and litigation.

- Work closely with the Accounts, legal, Compliance and CRM team to oversee the Projects.
