About this opportunity :

- Our company is on the hunt for a self-motivated and experienced VP for Mandate sales of Real Estate Projects to lead our sales department.


- We are looking for a professional with proven similar experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual Mandate Vertical sales targets within set territory, manage vertical's P&L & team management.


- Your duties will include onboarding Mandate projects, deploying & motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs, various income avenues and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

- Be a front worrier responsible for guiding, mentoring, motivating & training the entire hierarchy of Sales Vertical.

Experience : 10+ Years (Recent Experience required in Real Estate Mandate Sales)

Qualification : Any Graduation or Post Graduation

Location : Vashi Navi Mumbai

Job Description :

- The candidate will solely be responsible for managing end to end activities of Business Development and Sales side of the Mandate projects undertaken.

- Manage profit and loss statement of the vertical across all lines of businesses, with a robust growth year over year is expected in Value and Volume of the business.

- Be solely responsible for leading, training, guiding and motivating team members, share company's values with the team members to inline them with company's vision and ensure to get best of them.

- Negotiate with Builders/developers/clients for a better rewards, undertake projects, build strong relations that will be productive in long term, plan quick billing realization with unique business strategies.

- The candidate will be accountable for managing, expanding, and building the sales performance, distribution, and efficiency over the period of time.

- Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, ongoing trend and implementing same within the organization.

- Lead planning and forecasting activities with regular updates and interactions with reporting manager and directors to achieve business and company financial goals on sales side.

- Develop, communicate & achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and Yearly sales objectives.

- Provide accurate MIS on weekly basis with inputs to bring positive change in sales approach and be accountable for the change reflection in sales targets.

- Develop training program for the team, align with training associates and get it delivered to the team on regular basis.

- Plan and execute Recognition & Rewards for the team on achievements, lead the show and keep the team motivated.

Desired candidate skills :

- Must have worked in Real Estate for Mandate acquisition to delivery to Billing Realization.

- Ability to collaborate closely with function heads and stakeholders.

- A strong Leader, trainer, communicator, critical thinker and negotiator.

- Must have an experience in individual accountability & handling a team as well.

- Ability to motivate teams, to work within tight timelines and manage multiple clients.

- Strong written and verbal communications, ability to independently handle communication with Clients, Internal team & Management.

- Positively influence cost management objective of organization, Attention to detail, Strong quantitative skills and Strong negotiation skills.

- Strong Stakeholder and Supplier Management Experience. Must have ability to deal with clients on sensitive matters, strong in follow-ups with ability to understand problems and providing optimum solutions.
