Role : Director- Business Development - Retail Sales
Experience : Minimum 12+ Years (Minimum 6 years of Experience required in Real Estate Sales)
Qualification : Any Graduation or Post Graduation
Location : Vashi Navi Mumbai
Job Description :
- Lead all business development activities for Retail Vertical and generate required revenue for the vertical.
- Negotiate with Builders/developers for better rewards, undertake projects, build strong relations that will be productive in long term, plan quick billing realization with unique business strategies.
- Ensure to onboard maximum builders for higher payout and keep them as priority builders, build strong business plans to achieve these numbers.
- Manage profit and loss statements of the vertical across all lines of businesses, with robust growth year over year is expected in Value and Volume of the business.
- Be part of Marketing budget planning, give inputs for priority builders according to offerings and ensure, priority builders's business is planned as per slabs.
- Plan & Strategize achievements of highest slab for each offer signed.
- Overseeing daily sales operations & setting performance objectives for each team member & ensuring expectations are met within timelines.
- Responsible for guiding & giving suggestions and support in earmarking and setting up sales procedures for the team. Should give assistance and encourage personnel to enhance personal and team targets.
- Run regular performance reviews with multiple teams and ensure billing is done with the developers for smooth transition.
- The candidate will be accountable for managing, expanding, and building the sales performance, distribution, and efficiency over the period of time.
- Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, ongoing trend and implementing the same within the organization.
- Lead planning and forecasting activities with regular updates and interactions with reporting managers to achieve business and company financial goals on the sales side.
- Develop, communicate & achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and Yearly sales objectives.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of target achievement. Ensuring average productivity of each team member is increased over the period of time.
Desired candidate skills :
- Must have Team handling experience in Real estate and strong relationships with the grade A and B developers
- Must be presentable, confident and having high negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with function heads and stakeholders.
- A strong Leader, trainer, communicator, critical thinker and negotiator.
- Strong written and verbal communications, ability to independently handle communication with Clients, Internal team & Management.
- Ability to motivate teams, to work within tight timelines and manage multiple clients.
- Positively influence cost management objective of organization, Attention to detail, Strong quantitative skills and Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong Stakeholder and Supplier Management Experience. Must have ability to deal with clients on sensitive matters, strong in follow-ups with ability to understand problems and provide optimum solutions.
