- Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. Sales plan execution.
- Identifying valuable emerging markets; Provide company expansion across the zone
- Leading and managing a team of Sales Managers across the zone.
- Promote the company's product line and sales programs in the zone.
- Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs.

- More than 10 years of experience in sales
- Team-oriented and inspirational leader;
- Must be able to direct, coach and mentor the growth and success
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage employee (500+)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Distribution Experience
- Positive attitude and highly motivated to learn and grow within the organization
