Home Credit - Vice President - Corporate Social Responsibility

Summary

This position is responsible for developing CSR strategy, intergrating all the CSR related touchpoints in the Company and executing on the approved CSR strategy with aim to boost HCIN public presence and support GR activities.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Organization and management of CSR function

- Co-creates CSR strategy and ensures its approval and budget

- Conduct research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities

- Reports and keeps records of all CSR Activities

- Responsible for raising awareness of HCIN commitment to CSR and generating publicity around it.

- Supports GR in their agenda through proper mix of CSR activities

- Coordinate with PR and GR - Actively work with PR on media coverage on - financial literacy-, - financial inclusion- and importance that HCIN attaches to those aspects 

- Cooperates with CSR function on HQ level, actively use Group experience, reuse the good initiatives from other HC countries

Desired Experience

- 15+ years of relevant experience

- Candidate should have overall experience managing CSR activities in bigger company context

- Exposure of working in a geographically diverse organisation
